Where we ship

US Sweets has shipped from Dana Point, California to homes across the United States, Canada, and as far as the United Kingdom. Domestic orders are our day-to-day; international destinations may require an email exchange before checkout.

Handling time

Every order is hand-dipped and packed the morning it ships. We do not warehouse finished caramel apples. Typical order processing is one to three business days from the date of purchase.

Care in transit

Caramel apples and chocolates are perishable. Orders are packed with insulation and shipped via expedited service so that the treats reach you in the condition they left our kitchen. In hot months, we may delay a shipment by a day to align with the carrier’s shorter routes.

Holidays & peak weeks

Around Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day, we recommend ordering a few days early — handcrafted volume is finite and we’d rather pace ourselves than rush a batch.
