Question 1

Where do you ship?

Accepted Answer

We ship across the United States and Canada year-round, and have shipped to the United Kingdom as well. International orders may need a quick email exchange first so we can confirm timing and packaging — reach out via the contact page before checkout.

Question 2

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Most orders ship from Dana Point, California within 1–3 business days of being placed. Delivery typically takes 1–3 days within the US and 5–10 days for Canada and the UK, depending on your address and the carrier's current route.

Question 3

Why does my order ship later in summer?

Accepted Answer

In hot months we may delay a day to align with the carrier's shortest possible route to you. Caramel apples don't love sitting on a hot truck — a one-day delay often means a much fresher arrival.

Question 4

Can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every order receives a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our kitchen.

Question 5

How long do US Sweets caramel apples stay fresh?

Accepted Answer

Best within 7 days of arrival. Keep them refrigerated and let them sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving — that's the sweet spot for caramel texture.

Question 6

What if my order arrives damaged or melted?

Accepted Answer

Reach out within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and the apples, and we'll make it right.

Question 7

Can I freeze caramel apples?

Accepted Answer

We don't recommend freezing them — the caramel separates from the apple and you lose the crunch. Refrigeration is the way to go.

Question 8

What kind of apples do you use?

Accepted Answer

100-count Washington Granny Smith extra fancy — hand-selected for the right balance of tart, crisp, and size. Same apple we've used since 1980.

Question 9

Where do your ingredients come from?

Accepted Answer

Made-in-USA products only. We use our own recipe and source local American ingredients across the line — that's been the standard from day one.

Question 10

Do you have allergen information?

Accepted Answer

Several of our products contain peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, or wheat — and our kitchen handles all of them. If you have a specific allergy concern, contact us before ordering and we'll walk you through the safest options.

Question 11

Do you make vegan options?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our Vegan Chocolate Pack is part of our Decadent Dipped Dreams collection. More vegan items roll out seasonally.

Question 12

Can I order for a wedding, corporate event, or large gathering?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — we've made caramel apples for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more. For custom flavors, branded packaging, or large quantities, send us a note via the contact page and we'll quote you directly.

Question 13

Do you offer gift packaging?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-packed in our signature gift presentation. Add a custom message at checkout and we'll include a handwritten note.

Question 14

Can I order a custom flavor combination?

Accepted Answer

Yes — custom flavor mixes are available on most pack sizes. Reach out before ordering so we can confirm what's in season.
