Where do you ship?

We ship across the United States and Canada year-round, and have shipped to the United Kingdom as well. International orders may need a quick email exchange first so we can confirm timing and packaging — reach out via the contact page before checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship from Dana Point, California within 1–3 business days of being placed. Delivery typically takes 1–3 days within the US and 5–10 days for Canada and the UK, depending on your address and the carrier's current route.

Why does my order ship later in summer?

In hot months we may delay a day to align with the carrier's shortest possible route to you. Caramel apples don't love sitting on a hot truck — a one-day delay often means a much fresher arrival.

Yes — every order receives a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our kitchen.

How long do US Sweets caramel apples stay fresh?

Best within 7 days of arrival. Keep them refrigerated and let them sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving — that's the sweet spot for caramel texture.

What if my order arrives damaged or melted?

Reach out within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and the apples, and we'll make it right.

Can I freeze caramel apples?

We don't recommend freezing them — the caramel separates from the apple and you lose the crunch. Refrigeration is the way to go.

Made-in-USA products only. We use our own recipe and source local American ingredients across the line — that's been the standard from day one.
